Manatee County voters have long been able to receive updates on their mail ballots by visiting our website, www.votemanatee.gov. The Manatee County Supervisor of Elections Office is now pleased to offer a new service that delivers mail ballot updates directly to you, the voter.
In partnership with BallotTrax, Manatee County voters can now know exactly when their ballot arrives and when their vote has been counted by our office. You will still be able to track the status of your ballot by visiting the Track Your Vote-by-Mail Ballot page on VoteManatee.gov. However, BallotTrax allows voters who sign up to receive updates via SMS text, voice call, and/or email throughout the Vote-by-Mail process. Voters who enroll in BallotTrax will receive alerts at each step, from the time their ballot is printed until it is counted.
Signing up is simple and secure. First, visit https://votemanatee.ballottrax.net. Enter your voter information exactly as it appears on your voter record or Vote-by-Mail request. Then select your preferred method of communication (email, text, and/or voice call) and specify the time that works best for you.
Voters with protected registration records will not be able to receive updates via BallotTrax; however, they are encouraged to sign up for the USPS Informed Delivery feature.
