Manatee County Voting System

The DS200 precinct vote scanner and tabulator combines the reliability of a paper-based ballot system with the flexibility and efficiency of advanced digital image technology—elevating traditional optical-scan vote tabulation to a new level. The DS200 is the most widely used digital precinct scanner in the industry. During Early Voting and on Election Day, it reads and tabulates each ballot as it is inserted by the voter. Ballots printed from the ExpressVote machine are also placed into this tabulator by the voter.
